EU Orders

Once your order is placed online, we ship from our fulfillment center in Greece within 1-2 business days. All shipping options are flat rate so why not scoop up another beautiful piece of jewelry for yourself or a friend! For purchases within the EU, there is a €10.00 flat rate shipping fee.  Your orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. 

If your parcel is delivered to a local pickup center and is not picked up within the carrier’s designated timeframe, we are happy to resend it to you. We kindly ask that customers cover the cost of re-shipping the package.

International Orders

I agree with the terms and conditions, including that international orders may include customs fees or duties upon delivery. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to accept or refund abandoned packages.

Custom Duties: Some countries may charge custom fees on our products. Such duty is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products. Due to the local collection process this may result in a later delivery time than originally estimated. Please note that any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We are unable to accept or refund abandoned packages.
